Placing an order

Internet - www.3bears.co.nz : When you can't find any time or energy to go shopping you can always visit www.3bears.co.nz 24/7. It's user friendly and safe to use. Browse the product categories.  Select your desired clothing collection from the icons appearing at the left hand side of the screen - breastfeeding tops, tummy wraps, baby wear, maternity, and accessories. View the details of the products you are interested in, add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Our website is totally secure but if you do feel unsure about submitting your order online then simply print the order detail page (at checkout) and fax, email, or post it to us. You can always use Internet Banking/Direct credit.

Phone - 09 817 5590 : When you have decided which item(s) you want to order you can always call us. The hours are Mon - Fri : 9am - 6.00pm and Sat-Sun : 10.30am - 2.30pm (this is New Zealand hours).

Mail - 106 Wood Bay Rd, Titirangi, Auckland, New Zealand: Complete the order online,print and post with your cheque to 3 Bears at the address above. Please put your details on the back of your cheque(ie address and phone number)

I forgot my password what do i do?
Don't worry. Simply go into our website and to the log in page click on "forgot my password" and a new password will be emailed to your email address immediately.  Your can change the new password after logging on by going to your personal account.

How do I change the info that I supplied when I registered with you?
Just sign-in using your email address and password that you registered with. The registration page then appears with the information you supplied. At this time you can edit anything, including your email address. Don't forget to click on update to submit the changes.

Delivery options and charges

Within New Zealand, standard delivery charge is $6.

Returns and Exchanges

Please use the invoice that we include with every parcel and return within 28 days. Should any replacement item not be available in the size required, please indicate any substitutions that you would like us to make from our range.

Return to a Store
You can return purchases to our showroom but you will need to call first to make a suitable time. Just bring a copy of your order from this site and we will exchange or refund your original purchase.

The clothes I got don't fit me or my baby can I exchange it?
In the event your purchase is the wrong size we will happily replace it within 28 days.  We do strongly recommend you check out our product guide page. There we have our size chart for all of our clothes. We also have very detailed measurements of each of our products. Please remember to write down what size you want for a replacement and we will send it back to you as soon as possible.

Incorrect product
It shouldn't happen, but if we have sent you the wrong product, please contact us on 09 817 5590, 021 201 8313 or send an email to Louella within 10 days of receiving the goods, and we will happily replace it for you.

Sold Out

Sold Out
Unfortunately we sometimes have to advise our customers that a size/style has 'sold out'. If you have paid by cheque, then any payment is returned immediately.

Gifts

If I am sending a present can it be wrapped and the price tag removed?
Yes, it's really special time so just let us know and we will wrap it for you beautifully with a specially designed card.

International Delivery

If its an international delivery please email us at sales@3bears.co.nz.co.nz to arrange the delivery cost and time.

Security

Protecting your security is really important to us. We protect your on-line order information by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts all order information to avoid decoding of that information as it travels over the internet. You will be able to check the security of your connection by observing the bottom of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see a closed lock or an unbroken key (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. The security certificate is owned by our web host Web World, and it is their site secure.ww.co.nz which pops up as you move to the secure server. We use DPS for our online credit card processing, both DPS and Web World offer 128 bit encryption. If you are still concerned about ordering electronically you can make an internet payment from your bank account, send a cheque or come to our showroom in Titirangi, Auckland. - Please contact our friendly customer service team at 09 817 5590, 021 201 8313 to arrange the time.
