WE RECOMMEND USING TRACKED COURIER PACKAGING WHEN RETURNING ITEMS.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, item/s can be returned within 14 days of receiving. Item/s must be in original, unused, unwashed condition with tags and packaging intact and not covered in cat/dog hair , milk spots, makeup etc. – We DO NOT accept any returns for underwear or hosiery due to hygiene reasons.
Please ensure your items are returned with the receipt/packing slip which is included in your package to the return address above. We can then organise an Exchange, Store Credit or Refund. If the items were purchased with a Sale Discount Code, a Store Credit will be issued.
You are unable to return Last Chance Sale items, so please choose from this section carefully.
Should any replacement item not be available in the size required, please indicate any substitutions that you would like us to make from our range.
All returns will be credited within 10 working days, excluding the delivery fee.
We do not pay the delivery fee for items to be returned to us.
We will send out your new item/s free of charge. An additional delivery fee is not charged if you are exchanging an item.
Last Chance Sale Items and Promotional Sale Items
Please choose carefully.
We are happy to accept returned items that have been purchased during a Promotional Sale. These can be returned to for a store credit within 14 days of receiving. We DO NOT provide $ refunds for items purchased during Promotional Sales – a store credit will be issued.
We DO NOT Refund, Exchange or Store Credit Last Chance Sale items.
If you return your Promotional Sale item/s and a credit note is issued and is then used to purchase full priced item/s which you return, we will reissue the credit note for you – as this was originally used on a Sale item/s.

3 Bears Maternity does its best to ensure that all customers receive goods of top quality. However, in a situation where you believe a garment appears to be faulty or different from the description provided on our website, please contact the sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We will require the garment to be returned to us to be examined and if the garment is identified as faulty the customer will receive a new garment where stock is available. Please note: If stock is not available a full reimbursement or store credit will be offered.
It shouldn’t happen, but if we have sent you the wrong product, please email email@example.com within 10 days of receiving the goods, and we will happily replace it for you.
Unfortunately we sometimes have to advise our customers that a size/style has ‘sold out’. In this instance we will try to replace with a similar colour or style or offer a refund or store credit.
